LDS Missionaries are allowed to contact family via email once a week and by phone (or Skype) twice a year (usually Christmas and Mother's Day). Of course, there is always regular mail too (letters are always welcome), but letters can be a bit expensive to send to Italy ($1.15 for a 1 ounce letter) and can take several weeks to get to me. Email is best. My email address is listed below (you can just click on it to send an email). Generally, we only have time to answer mail once a week, and family gets priority. I'll do my best to answer all of the correspondence I receive. Also, each week I send a letter for posting to the blog, so be sure to check that weekly.
Regular mail can be sent to the Italy Rome Mission address. That is the mission headquarters and any mail received there will be routed to me regularly, as I am currently working in Rome. Anyone sending me regular mail should adhere to the "shipping guidelines" (see link below) to avoid problems with customs in Italy. Letters are fine, but packages are not encouraged (unless using amazon.co.uk ... see instructions).
